My husband and I hired Westview Events and Florals for our wedding, and couldn't have done it without them! Kate was very quick to respond to my initial email, and right away I knew she was the right pick!
We hired Kate and her team to help with the planning for the month of. She was easy to contact and lovely to work with. She brought many elements to the decor, that i never would have thought of, all while catering each decision to ensure your dream day becomes a reality. She definitely relieved the stress of the wedding planning process, and there are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for finding Kate!
She accompanied us to the wedding venue for our rehearsal and made sure all of our attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout.
On the wedding day itself, I was absolutely blown away by just how much coordination and preparation had been done. From the morning of my wedding, everyone was on time and knew where to be - thanks to Kate's immaculate itinerary. Upon showing up at the venue, I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked. It was much more than I could have done or dreamt of. Kate created my fairytale wedding and made it the best day of my husband's and my life.
We are forever grateful for the work, commitment, passion and enthusiasm that her team demonstrated for our wedding. Our wedding party and guests still talk about how smooth the day went, and how calm and happy everyone was. Thank you once again to Westview Events and Florals for your expertise to ensure our wedding was a huge success, you went beyond any expectation a bride and groom could have!!

My wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to Kate and Bronwyn. I was able to enjoy my entire day and actually be in the moment which was really important to me. From day one Kate was on board planning out my dream wedding and since I am not really one to care much about details I could just tell her a colour and style and she would run away with the idea and send me an inspiration board with everything we needed.
Kate really showed her organization and devotion to my wedding with the itinerary which was a living document for 6 months and probably the most important thing to have perfect (or to me it was because I love things to be on time). The itinerary had absolutely everything on it, times, vendors, contact information for everyone in the bridal party, songs, order of processional etc. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she was in contact with all the vendors confirming who needed to show and when which was amazing because I had no idea how many emails and phone calls planning a wedding takes! Thank you both so much you made my day truly unforgettable!

We got married August 20, 2017 and totally loved everything Kate and Bronwyn did; their attention to the budget, creativity, enthusiasm, and most importantly professionalism. They were available for questions and responded rapidly, did a walk through of our venue, came up with sketches of what they wanted to create, coordinated logistics of floral installation with the venue independently, and really offered some of the best customer service I encountered during the whole planning process.
I was never worried that they wouldn't follow through, or that the end result would be anything short of fantastic! And, everything turned out better than I pictured! If I could upload a picture to this review I would. I was beyond thrilled with the results, and the florals got a ton of compliments from the guests. I highly recommend these ladies! I would hire them again in a second.

We had our wedding September 2nd and I had the pleasure of having Bronwyn do my flowers. She was so wonderful to work with in bringing my scatter-brained vision to life! She made 4 beautiful bouquets, a stunning boutonniere, and provided plenty of loose flowers for me to do rustic mason jar centerpieces. Given where we had our wedding I knew it may be difficult to get flowers up there, but she was gracious enough to go to her shop super early Saturday morning so that my brother could pick everything up and make the 4 hour trek up North. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

My wedding was October 14, 2017. I met Kate of Westview Events and Florals back in March 2017. She's AMAZING. The most professional and personable person. We talked for hours regarding what I needed and what my vision was. The day of the wedding she showed up along with her partner to deliver my flowers herself, even though she was days away from delivering her first baby! Talk about service. The prices were incredible, and the product was AMAZING. My bouquet was gorgeous, the bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, and the succulent boutonnieres were awesome. Everyone loved them. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and will 100% be using their services in the future.

Kate was an absolute angel helping coordinate my wedding! We opted for the Month Of package including planning/organizing a month prior and day of the wedding. I have said it many times, this was absolutely worth every penny. Kate became the main contact for my vendors and ensured everything was ready for the big day. This was incredibly helpful as she dealt with any last minute questions so I could focus on relaxing and enjoying my last weeks before the wedding. The day of, she handled absolutely everything and I was none the wiser to any "situation" she needed to fix. She ensured we were on time, we had a glass of wine and that everything was perfect. I can not express how valuable it was to have Kate and her team. Thank you for making my day absolutely blissful and stress free. It truly was the best day of my life!!

Kate and Bronwyn were absolute saviours for my wedding this past weekend. We used Westview for florals and month of coordination and they were so amazing to work with. We knew they had our backs the entire time and made the day flawless. We threw them a few curveballs with our science themed wedding and they went completely above and beyond with artistic vision and creativity. The communication with our venue was a bit dodgy but Kate was an absolute pro and made sure I had nothing to worry about. Westview Events and Florals was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was working primarily with Kate and she was professional and prompt in all communications! After discussing my colour palette and style (classy fall theme with peach, burgundy and cream tones) they created whimsicle bouquets and flower arrangements absolutely went way above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. The florals absolutely brought our venue room to life and had our guests commenting on the arrangements all night and in the days after. Cannot recommend Kate and Westview Events and Florals enough!!

We had our wedding at Azul the Fives, Mexico in May of this year. We were very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Kate during the planning process and it was absolutely flawless! I was very invested in creating the "perfect wedding decor" I had pictured in my mind but with a 4 month old baby and a budget, I found it difficult to do - when booking destination, you're typically given an online wedding builder containing already set decor and my stubborn self wanted something more. Kate made it remarkably easy to find exactly what I was looking for! I was able to send her photos of what I had in mind and she worked with the resort as well as gave me suggestions on DIY things I could do. We saved a ton of money and got to have a wedding day that was WAY more than anything we could have ever imagined. That's the biggest win-win ever! She's very knowledgeable, engaging, intuitive, organized, and prompt with replies. We were just blown away by her organizational and planning skills. The amount of meticulously planned notes that highlighted the most important details of the event were invaluable and not the least bit overwhelming. The itinerary she came up with was absolutely perfect. EVERYTHING was on time...seriously. It was unbelievable. Bronwyn was great! She was on point during the reception and did a wonderful job setting up all of our centerpieces. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were exactly what we visioned.
